- Fridays go from casual to e-mail-free, seems that Intel recently declared Fridays Zero Email Day!. E-mail isn’t forbidden, but everyone is encouraged to phone or meet face-to-face. The goal is more direct, free-flowing communication and better exchange of ideas.
- Keith Robinson gives some tips on becoming a good e-mail responder. Ever wonder what causes that sinking feeling of dread just before you open your e-mail client? Is it the hundreds of new messages that will mock you in all their need-a-response-asap, unread glory?
- Want to get a little deeper in the personal organization world, try the the Getting Things Done book by David Allen.
